2008 Lake Stewardship Awards

We Would Like to Hear from You!

Each year, COLA honors outstanding lake stewardship by presenting an Individual and a Group Award to folks whose work in lake education, protection or management has made significant contributions to their community or the Maine lake family at large. Winners are chosen by our board of directors from among nominations sent in by our members.

We’d like to hear from YOU!

Nominations must be received by May 1, 2008. Send the name of your nominee, either an individual or an association or alliance, to Maine COLA, PO Box 428, Belgrade, ME 04917 or to e-mail Maine COLA.

Keep explanations short, but tell why the person or group should be honored by our organization -- which is dedicated to protecting the water quality of Maine lakes and ponds for the benefit of future generations.
